This lesson will show you how to setup different autoresponders for your membership site. These autoresponders will automatically register your newly sign-up members to your subscriber lists. SubscriptoinMate supports three main autoresponders:
1) MailChimp
2) Aweber
3) ConstantContact
Setting Up Autoresponder
You will have to first select your favorite autoresponders type and then press "Set Autoresponder Type" button to set your autoresponder type.
Setting Up MailChimp Account
To setup the MailChimp account with your membership site, you have to first select "MailChimp" from dropdown list and set it as a autoresponder type as shown in above screenshot. Then you have to get your API key by using the link as shown in screenshot above.
MailChimp Subscriber Lists
Login to your MailChimp account and navigate to your subscriber lists and under list settings you will notice link to your subscriber lists ids as shown in above screenshot.
Updating MailChimp Lists
Get your all subscriber lists ids from your MailChimp account and enter into "Lists Unique Id" field against each corresponding membership level. As you can see in above screenshot, different membership levels are assigned their corresponding subscriber list id and then just press update settings button.
Setting Up Aweber Account
Select "Aweber API" autoresponder from dropdown list and set it as autoresponder type as shown in above screenshot. Then you will be required to get your Aweber’s authorization code in order to properly communicate with Aweber account. Get your Aweber’s authorization code as shown in setp1 and then paste the authorization code in step2 field as shown in above screenshot and update the Aweber settings.
Updating Aweber Lists
As you get your Aweber’s authorization code and past it in authorization code field and update the settings, then all of your Aweber account lists will be automatically populated into "Aweber List" dropdown. You can choose any list from the dropdown and can assign it to any membership levels.
Setting Up ConstantContact
Select "ConstantContact" autoresponder from dropdown list and set it as a autoresponder type as shown in above screenshot. Then you will be required to enter your ConstantContact’s username, password and API key in order to properly communicate with ConstantContact account. Update your ConstantContact settings.
Updating ConstantContact List
As you get connected with ConstantContact account, then all of your account lists will be automatically populated into " List" dropdown. You can choose any list from the dropdown and can assign it to any membership levels.
