It’s very easy to use PayPal to process payments for your membership website. In order to use PayPal to take payments requires two things:
- Business class account (which is free)
- Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) enabled
I can’t help you with the first item, but PayPal can and they are getting easier to work with every day. This training helps you with the second bit with the IPN. As you’ll see in this short video, after you get to the right place in PayPal, it’s only a few seconds to enable and setup your IPN.
Another item that might seem confusing is the type of URL you enter when you enable IPN. Trust me that it’s really just as easy as I show you. You don’t have to stress about anything else.
